Using an existing dataset can offer more flexibility and allow learners to focus on other steps in the PPDAC cycle (Problem Plan ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Analysis Conclusion). In particular it can provide more opportunities for analysis and allow more nuanced conclusions to be drawn.
